Some investigators are generalists. We are specialists.
We stay focused on our core skills of open-source, internet, social media, and human intelligence collection for court, hearings, arbitration, and other purposes with a nexus to actual or anticipated litigation. Our specialization in, and outstanding reputation for, complex criminal defence investigation is unlike any other firm in Alberta.
We don’t take infidelity cases.
Many investigators conduct infidelity (“cheating spouse”) investigations — we don’t. We investigate:
- In support of criminal defence at all stages (pre-arrest, post-charge, and sentence mitigation).
- In support of civil litigation at all stages (pre-trial and post-judgment).
- Family reunification, probate, and heir locates.
- HR, due diligence, and corporate risk mitigation.
- Select individual cases.
We provide intelligence, and are transparent.
Our detailed reports are a comprehensive analysis of all available information and, where appropriate, actionable recommendations. We outline our sources and methods. We are not afraid to be deposed, cross-examined, inspected, audited, or interrogated. Why? Because every step we take is above board, legally and ethically justifiable, and in compliance with both the spirit and the letter of the law.
We stay up to date.
We regularly seek independent legal advice, plus advice from the Solicitor General and other government bodies to ensure we have the most up-to-date information on laws, policies, and practices governing our industry. We take ongoing training to ensure our skill set is up-to-date.
We build the future of the industry.
We are working investigators who provide government-accredited training courses to ensure the future of this industry lives up to the highest standards of professionalism and ethics.
